Scope
Tell us what the space is, roughly how big it is, and when we can get in. We come back with a fixed quote.
Capture
We come to the site and walk it. Most spaces take a few hours. No scaffolding, no shutdown.
Deliver
You get a private link within a week, plus the underlying data files if you need them.
How we work
commercially
What you are buying
A scanning and 3D reconstruction service, delivered as a hosted browser-based virtual twin and downloadable data files. This is a service, not a physical product — nothing is shipped.
Pricing
Every project is priced individually against the size of the space, the level of detail required and the travel involved. Contact us and we will issue a written quote, typically within two working days. Prices are quoted and charged in USD or EUR, or in the client's local currency converted at the prevailing exchange rate depending on the project's location.
Payment
Work begins once a quote is accepted in writing. 50% is invoiced on acceptance, the remaining 50% on delivery of the completed twin. Payment by card or bank transfer. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled capture date and the deposit is refunded in full. Cancel within 7 days and the deposit is retained against reserved time and non-refundable travel. If we cannot deliver a usable virtual twin, you are refunded in full.
Rescheduling
A capture date can be moved once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Confidentiality and data
Client sites are treated as confidential. Nothing is published, resold or used as a public example without written permission. Twins are hosted on private links and deleted on request.
